Carole Kammen
FOUNDER
Ms. Kammen guides her clients in expanding the effectiveness and resourcefulness of individuals, mobilizing the collective capacities of groups, and developing organizations that flourish. Her consulting, coaching, and facilitation help unlock the performance potential within teams and individuals to increase their impact and results.
Carole's unique methodology combines psychology, neuroscience, systems thinking, and adult learning insights. She understands the underlying motivations that drive how people behave, how groups function, and how businesses operate. She uses this knowledge to help her clients make powerful transformational shifts that greatly accelerate performance.

Among her many clients have been McKinsey & Company, DuPont, Amgen, ThermoFisher Scientific, Unilever, and numerous startups, biotech companies, and small businesses. Carole is also an instructor for Stanford Continuing Education courses.
Carole makes her home in the San Francisco Bay Area.
